For the fourth time in his career, Weber State head coach Paul Pilkington has been named the Big Sky Conference Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year. Pilkington received the award Thursday after leading the Wildcats to the conference title last weekend. The award was voted on by the league's head coaches.
